Hareem Farooq began his career at the theater in 2012, playing the lead role in Pawnay on August 14th and Aangan Terha. Farooq made her debut on screen with a lead role in the horror thriller 2013 Siyaah, which earned her a nomination for the Lux Award for Best Actress.
Besides movies, he has also appeared in several successful television series, including Mausam, Humdum Mother Mother Dost, Dusri Bivi, and beating lists lately, Diyar-e-Dil.
